Defending champion Tom Dwan is set to take on Phil Hellmuth as the two play for $400,000 in Round 3 of High Stakes Duel III on Wednesday, January 26, at 8 p.m. ET exclusively on PokerGO.com.
Viewers will be treated to three different shows across the PokerGO.com platforms on both Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Hype Show will kick things off on Tuesday with Ali Nejad being joined by Phil Galfond as the two discuss the past Round 2 match between Dwan and Hellmuth, as well as what they’ll expect in the upcoming $400,000 Round 3 match. The show will be available on both PokerGO and PokerGO’s YouTube channel on Tuesday, January 25, at 8 p.m. ET.

Wednesday will play host to two shows for High Stakes Duel III viewers beginning with The Weigh-In where Nejad will be joined by Dwan and Hellmuth at 7:30 p.m. ET. Both players look to speak their mind and get everything off their chest with The Weigh-In available exclusively on PokerGO.com. The Round 3 match will see Dwan and Hellmuth face-off for $400,000, and for the first time in High Stakes Duel history, there will be a Round 4 match regardless of the result.
The Round 3 match will see a 60-minute preview on PokerGO’s YouTube channel while the entire match will be available on PokerGO.com.
Dwan holds the advantage following his Round 2 victory, but prior to that, Hellmuth won seven consecutive High Stakes Duel matches against Antonio Esfandiari, Daniel Negreanu, and Nick Wright. Will Dwan deny The Poker Brat a second time, or will Hellmuth retake the advantage to stamp his name as the High Stakes Duel king?
