The 2018 Super High Roller Bowl is less than one week away, but before we look ahead, we have to look back. The third Super High Roller Bowl ran in 2017 and featured a $300,000 buy-in. 56 players built up a nearly $17 million prize pool and some of the world’s best competed. Kevin Hart, Phil Hellmuth, and Daniel Negreanu may have stolen the headlines at the start, but Christoph Vogelsang ended in the winner’s circle.

Vogelsang beat a stacked final table to keep the Super High Roller Bowl title in Germany for a second-straight year. Jake Schindler and Stefan Schillhabel rounded out the podium spots, while Leon Tsoukernik, Byron Kaverman, Pratyush Buddiga, and Justin Bonomo filled out the rest of the final table.
